Developed by Kirsten Potenza and Cristina Peerenboom, two recreational drummers turned fitness enthusiasts, POUND Fitness was created with the aim of making exercise enjoyable and accessible to all. This unique workout incorporates specially designed lightweight drumsticks called Ripstix, which are used to simulate drumming movements while performing a series of exercises.
