SH1FT is a smart high intensity functional training format that includes SH1FT (bodyweight), L1FT (resistance), R1ZE (step), M1ND (flexibility & mobility) and R1DE (cycle) workouts. A normal class is 30 mins long, although our formats can be modified to fit any length slot, and can only be taught by an official SH1FT Instructor - someone who has passed the 101 Coach Training Course and is qualified to deliver a safe and effective high intensity workout
