Les Mills, adidas and Sport Singapore to stage a major international fitness festival, LESMILLS LIVE, in Singapore
Canberra I Wednesday 12 April 2023: Iconic sports brands adidas and Les Mills, along
with Sport Singapore, announce LES MILLS LIVE Singapore. This thrilling, multi-day live fitness experience is taking place at Singapore Sports Hub, and invites training fans from across Southeast Asia and Australia.
Running from 3-4 June, LES MILLS LIVE Singapore kicks off a blockbuster tour of global fitness events as part of the new brand partnership between adidas and Les Mills aiming to shape the future of training by combining the best of live and digital fitness experiences. Throughout 2023, the two brands will change the way the community experiences training by creating an enhanced athlete journey for live fitness with high octane events taking place in Singapore, Los Angeles, Stockholm, Barcelona, Paris, Athens, Cyprus and Santarem.
"It's been four years in the making, but we're finally getting back to Singapore to deliver another epic live event. LES MILLS LIVE Singapore is the chance to join crowds of fitness fans for a one-of-a-kind training experience," explains Ryan Hogan, CEO of Les Mills Asia Pacific. "We'll be showcasing the latest training innovations, led by the next generation of world-class Instructors, backed by epic music, lights and energy. It's going to be an amazing party!"
LES MILLS LIVE Singapore attendees will have the chance to participate in iconic LES MILLS workouts such as BODYPUMP®, BODYCOMBAT®, BODYBALANCE®, popular dance workouts BODYJAM® and SH'BAM®, and an optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training, LES MILLS TONE®. Cycle enthusiasts will gear up for the ride of their life in THE TRIP®, RPM® and LES MILLS SPRINT®.
All sessions will be led by some of the brand's biggest superstars and fitness leaders including:

World-renowned Les Mills Instructors will also be putting the latest high performance adidas training apparel, footwear and accessories to the test, which have all been expertly crafted to support HIIT, Strength and Stretch sessions. The training collections are available for the community and Instructors alike, and are designed to provide support, no matter the activity level.
The event follows LES MILLS LIVE London, which brought together 5,000 exercisers in October 2022 for one of the largest group workout events ever staged - and the first to be filmed in virtual reality.
"We'll be taking key learnings from the successful London event to ensure LES MILLS LIVE Singapore delivers life-changing fitness experiences that participants will never forget," adds Hogan. "We expect thousands of participants across the two days of classes, with Singaporeans making up the large majority, but we also know people will be flying in from all across Southeast Asia, Australia and other parts of the world to be part of this unmissable event."

LES MILLS LIVE will be held in the OCBC Arena housed within the Singapore Sports Hub. "Singapore is proud to be the only Asian country to host LES MILLS LIVE in 2023. Les Mills classes have been offered at ActiveSG Sport Centres since March this year.
