In this full-time role, based remotely or in our Canberra-based office, your focus is to drive the team towards partnering with new and existing licensed clubs to help them motivate their members to fall in love with exercise.

The Position:

We're looking for a full-time remote or Canberra-based National Sales/Partnerships Manager whose main responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to the Australia-based sales and account management team, managing and strengthening key account relationships and driving overall business growth.


This role's key focus is to drive the team towards partnering with new and existing licensed clubs to help them motivate their members to fall in love with exercise. This is a unique opportunity for a role that isn't often available.


Candidate Requirements:
  • Outstanding professional communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Superior leadership, business planning and development skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously to achieve targets

  • Exceptional sales and sales management skills with the ability to meet sales targets and strict deadlines

  • Proven team leadership capabilities

  • Tenacious and 'never give up' approach

  • Work well in a team and able to work on your own initiative

  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality

  • Business Development minded

  • The flexibility to travel overnight and interstate on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Person in charge of all business sales, launch and support functions within the Australian market

  • Lead the team to meet and/or exceed club and program growth, revenue, sales, program launch, cancellation & equipment targets

  • Manage and support key account relationships

  • Leadership of Australia-based Business Partnership team

  • Input to marketing strategy and plans to meet agreed objectives

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key industry stakeholders.


The Candidate:

The right person for this role will be passionate about health and fitness, be open and willing to grow and collaborate within a dynamic team, be adaptable, have the ability to work independently and love a challenge. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required as the position is heavily client-facing.
