1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these conditions of entry.

2. The Promoter of the Survey is GROUPEX (ABN: 72 703 944 532) of 8 Kerrawah Avenue Figtree NSW 2525

3. Subject to these conditions, participants in the Survey may become eligible to win an eGift Card with to the value of AUD$100 (inc. GST)  (“the Prize”).

4. The Survey opens from November 1st 2024 to March 1st 2025. No responsibility is accepted for lost, late, incomplete, inaudible, illegible or misdirected responses. The Promoter reserves the right to close the survey early should response quotas be reached.

5. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

6. To be eligible to win the Prize participants must, in addition to completing the Survey and meeting all criteria therein, answer all questions.

7. The Prize winner will be the participant whose answer to the the following question "Do you have any suggestions on things we should either bring back to the website or add to the website?" is the most creative, determined at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.

8. Entry is open worldwide, except directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion.

9. Judging will take place on 21st March 2025. The winner will be notified by email. The Prize will be delivered by email to the email address provided by the winner in the Survey

10. If the Prize remains unclaimed one week after the draw, the Promoter may award the prize to another participant whose entry is the next best in the opinion of the Promoter.

11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the decision. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to end the Survey early or extend the Survey without notifying participants. A revised closing date can be provided by the Promoter on request.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to change the judging date and winner notification period should the Survey be ended early or extended.

14. Entry into the Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these conditions of entry.
