PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Taking the Kettlebell 101 workshop is like walking into the pages of Pavel's ground-breaking book Kettlebell Simple & Sinister. You will learn the kettlebell exercises that deliver great gains while having the steepest learning curve. In addition to kettlebell safety, you will learn the Kettlebell Swing, the Goblet Squat, the Get-up, and a host of supplementary drills and exercises. Also covered will be S&S programming and insider strategies for long term sustainable training to reach your goals.

REQUIREMENTS

For all workshops we recommend participants bring a towel, some light snacks, and drinking water.

We also suggest attendees wear comfortable training apparel, and if possible, be prepared to train in bare feet.
